GoogleCannot recommend Lee and Eilidh highly enough! Not only are they both lovely people, they know their stuff when it comes to selling houses. They secured sales properties for my husband and I, ensuring good prices for us. They were on hand to help with any questions or issues, nothing was ever too much trouble. If we ever need an estate agent again in the future we would 100% use smart moves. Their approach is straightforward, no false promises and their fees are very reasonable.

GoogleSo we haven’t used smart moves to sell but have bought our first house from them. They’ve been super helpful from the start. Their communication was next level compared to other estate agents that we were viewing properties through. As a self employed tradesman I speak to a lot of people across Inverness and through conversation about me moving house so many people have great things to say about Lee and the team.

GoogleLee (and Eilidh) handled the estate sale of my late mother's house. They were courteous and efficient, and were able to provide cleaning services to get the house ready for sale. They managed all the buyer visits and provided prompt feedback on each one. We achieved in excess of the asking price, and their fee structure meant the service was excellent value for money. They managed the purchaser - who was somewhat challenging - with great finesse. I think all parties ended up content. They are a smaller agency, but they give exceptional service, and I'd recommend them.

GoogleDue to view land this morning but 45 mins before we were due to meet the Estate Agent he advised that he had COVID, was unable to show the land and unfortunately no one else at the Estate Agents could deal with us. As the closing date is set for tomorrow i feel this is very disappointing and very unprofessional particularly as the site is locked up so we were unable to view ourselves. Certainly will think twice before dealing with them again.
