GoogleI was so impressed with the team at Whitton & Laing. They were incredibly helpful with all my questions and concerns as a first time buyer. Even as a full time Project Manager I struggled to understand the steps of purchasing a property and they liased with me throughout the process and went above and beyond the call of duty of an estate agent. GoogleI have been a longstanding owner who has enjoyed excellent service from Whitton & Laing. I have always found the staff at Whitton & Laing Exmouth, (Julie, Ellie and Sam) to be extremely professional in often trying situations, in all their dealings with the flat owners. I also believe their fees to be reasonable and of industry standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Whitton & Laing to other flat owners.

Working with W&L has been positive experience, they are professional and reasonable and do what is needed to make ownership sustainable, affordable and enjoyable in spite of challenging times and difficult clients. If you need a professional management team, these are the guys for you.

Googlewhitton and laing,.what a nightmare!!! After showing viewers around they forgot to shut and lock front door a few times of the empty house!! House blind was broken and left on the floor with plaster off the wall,allowed mud to be trodden in brand new carpets, allowed a surveyor to trespass and jump back garden fence breaking the panal when all they had to do is phone me to ask for key to garden gate,and has now been confirmed with surveyor!! Allowed surveyor to spray path with spray paint for drain survey which won't scrub off!!!!Told me they had spoken to solicitors for advice when they didn't!!! Complete liars and no apology !!! The list goes on!!! Didn't inform me of exchange of contracts either! They even let the buyer have a garage key before the day of completion to my disgust.confronted them with issues and still no apology.couldnt have cared less!!!repcomplete LIAR'S !!! Complete let down! My advice is to DEFINITELY use another agent.!!!!

GoogleThis review relates to block management by Whitton and Laing, which I would not under any circumstances recommend, unless you want hidden & unauthorised charges, professional incompetence and scores of unanswered emails. In my experience, they are not capable or interested in providing effective block management, but appear very skilled at finding ways to capitalise on and monetise discord among flat owners.

GoogleMark Soper (at W&L Exmouth) did a great job making all the practical arrangements for our visits to the property (whilst keeping at a distance - and masking up etc). He was clear about his communications with the seller and us, including getting the answers to practical questions from rthe seller, what was included in the price including the kitchen appliances, glasshouse and site access arrangements for the Removals Day. Subsequently, he was very accessible and able to arrange visits very efficiently and quickly for the building surveyor, structural surveyor, asbestos surveyor, electrician and heating engineer into the house (and, later, a builder, gardening contractor and tree surgeon).

GoogleWe bought our current house with Whitton&Laing in Exmouth. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful, patient and understanding. The communication throughout the whole process was outstanding. They always had time for us, attended to our needs and answered all our questions in an honest and professional manner. We could not be happier with the service that provided and all their support and expertise in what could have been a very stressful time otherwise. Thank you all!
