My husband and I recently purchased our current home with the help of W2 Estates. The service and support we received from Wes and Lacey throughout this process was the only thing that got us through the long and bumpy road to completion. When all other service providers intwined in our uphill struggle to move house were failing to perform, W2 was the lighthouse in the storm helping us to navigate back to land through their honest and transparent communication. Wes and Lacey were very informative and accommodating toward us, whilst also having their vendor’s interests firmly in hand. They operated in a very honourable way to ensure everyone was treated fairly, which was a very refreshing quality. I cannot recommend W2 enough for both their knowledge and integrity.

I have recently purchased a home through W2 Estates and it was a thoroughly pleasant experience! I predominantly dealt with Lacey Budd who was extremely professional and personable throughout. The property viewing was informative and any questions Lacey didn't have immediate answers to were answered within the same afternoon. Communication was always prompt, thorough, and respectful - not an experience I have ever had when dealing with estate agents before! It goes to show that it is absolutely possible to have a good experience in what can sometimes be quite a stressful transaction. I would happily recommend W2 Estates.

Best Estate Agents in town! Wesley and his team are great. We invited a few agents to value our house, Wesley was the agent who stood out. He is very knowledgeable about the housing market, value and marketing. The photographs were taken by an independent photographer and were amazing! We all know the property market is beyond crazy at the moment so it's no surprise that my search for a home in 2021 was a long and challenging one. I registered with many agencies and eventually found a home with the help of W2 Estates. Even though the journey was stressful, losing out on many properties with many agents, I navigated the market largely thanks to the level of attention, support and personal service I received from W2 Estates. The team at W2 Estates were professional throghout and took the time to get to know me and my search criteria. I felt my best interests were being served and there was always honest communication so I didn't waste my time looking at properties that weren't suitable for me. Unlike many other agencies W2 made contact regularly, even when there were no new properties, just to offer reassurance that they were still considering my search criteria and valued me as a client. I couldn't recommend W2 Estates enough to anyone thinking about buying or selling a property and have continued to recommend them to friends and colleagues given my experiences.
