GoogleHuge thank you to Jake for the way he dealt with our purchase of ***** Close. We were not even his client and he kept us more informed than anyone else during the whole process. He was always fast to reply and update and did a fantastic job in some tricky situations. Even calling late in the day on a Friday after exchange and the day after completion. I feel Jake went above and beyond, particularly us not being his client. We will not be moving anytime soon hopefully, but Jake has made us want to go with Pennys and we have also told friends and family how helpful he was. Also to other colleagues that dealt with my phone calls, thank you!

GoogleWe wanted to make sure we gave a review due the above and beyond work and support we received from Katy Harris. We had a difficult journey with the sale of the flat we were selling but NOT due to Penny's Estate agents in anyway. Many other avenues such as Move With Us and C0-OP probate services made it a very difficult process. Katy helped us to make things a lot less stressful and was always there with a kind or reassuring word, she also always responded to phone calls or e-mails. In particular I'd like to thank, Aimee, the sales negotiator who handled my sale. She not only found the perfect buyers for my house but was brilliant at negotiating and keeping the sale on track.
