GoogleThe owner Tracy is very unreasonable and rude she will hand the phone up on you and will encourage fly tipping if u ever see a flat going for tower street apartments do not bother as you will be controlled and they will refused to let you take you own bins out thankyou will never be back you are a shocking company(oh and btw I will not be removing this review like you asked me to on the last one)

GoogleUnbelievable people…
Going away to London.. got a stinking bin bag.. and wasn’t able to take them out because NO ONE WAS IN!!!!! and I got told to leave it in my flat.. because I’m not aloud access to MY BINS
I’ve put a report in to the council
So if anyone sees bin bags outside it’s because Tracey won’t let us put our bins away..
I’ve got more proof then needed
Get treated like tramps by these people
Honestly horrible people
I do not recommend to speak to Tracey

Unfortunately in the circumstance when a tenant is asked to leave as there have been several breaches of the tenancy it is very unlikely they will leave a good review.
Our priority was regaining possession of the property to prevent any further damages and all legal processes were followed.
