GoogleTried selling my house through Links and buy our next home through Links. Our offer was ignored for two weeks until they had found more interest with another buyer. The director Mark tried to set up a Dutch auction without given us a reply to our offer. He was telling me the other buyers best price and was doing the same with them to ramp up the price. We were lied to and he broke the UK estate agents code of ethics. Due to his unethical behaviour we had no option but to pull out. Very upsetting for us and the buyers off our house. AVOID !

All of the events surrounding the said sale and purchase have been well documented between ourselves at the time they occured.
