Myself and my partner used Belvoir to help find us our first rental property. Tom was amazing throughout, the communication was great and he made the process very easy. When we viewed a property that wasn’t suitable, he went out of his way to find another one which was perfect for us. As this is a smaller business this meant the experience was more personal which is rare nowadays. I would highly recommend Tom and the team.

Rang up twice regarding interest in a rental property to be promised a call back or email to arrange a viewing. Couple days later, I rang to see when I could view a property to be told it’s already been given to someone else? Unfair how they can choose a tenant without giving people equal opportunities. Massive lack of communication between staff and customers desperately seeking places to rent!!
