GoogleHonestly, I have nothing bad to say about the folks at Martin and Co Exeter. They have been extremely helpful and accommodating, and I have recommended them to colleagues moving to Exeter for work.

GoogleI have always used Martin & Co to let out my properties and they are excellent. From finding tenants to managing the lets their customer service has always been brilliant. As they now also do sales, I have had a couple of my own properties appraised and their fees are exceptional.

We reported damp in February and have only just been contacted back to say the damp won't be fixed as the landlord can't affordit. The fact that the letting agent think the landlord's response is reasonable just proves how much this company DOESN'T care!!

I recently purchased a property using Martin and co (Cardiff branch). The service was wonderful, the people were helpful and friendly. They helped get the completion date moved forward and were there on hand when I needed them. I would recommend and use them again.

GoogleTenant for two years, often didn't reply to emails and took multiple phone calls to resolve any issue. Staff were polite however very inefficient. The return of the deposit also took more than a month after the tenancy ended. I would avoid Martin & Co in Exeter.

Terrible company that only care about money. Harassed us constantly and tried to accuse of things that were simply not true! They rarely respond to emails. Avoid this company at all costs! Worst 2 years of my life having to deal with these

Absolutely disgusting, no care for anyone moving into their houses or flats, never have time to fix problems in property. They do not clean, or refurbish at all pre-moving in which I think is disgusting when they make so much money. Lazy and unprofessional.

Dreadful company. Totally incompetent maintenance department. Do not reply to emails with regards to urgent repairs or any repair in fact. Fortunately, we are able to leave the property but some are not so lucky. Unprofessional letting companies like this should be struck off.

Worst agency ever, incapable of resolving anything on time and when they do resolve something eventually it’s done but cheaply and not to a good standard the landlords are getting serious ripped off! They are a disgrace.
