GoogleReally poor. As a landlord, I placed a property with Lloyds Lettings. They failed to pay on time, failed to take a deposit for the tenant and the property was returned with serious damage to it due to their negligence which caused myself huge losses. I had to renovate the whole property throughout. They then buried their head in the sand and failed to accept any responsibility for their poor or lack of actions. I cannot recommend them at all based on this experience.

GoogleLloyds Lettings are a very professional organisation who helped me to find suitable quality accommodation whilst studying for my Phd at Exeter Uni. The agent Sophie was kind enough to meet us out of hours to view properties which helped greatly as we had travelled a long distance. Thank you Sophie!

GoogleI really recommend Lloyd's agency for getting a house, Jamie was so nice and friendly and explained all to me. It really made me relaxed. They also made sure the house was in an excellent condition before I moved in. Thanks to you guys

GoogleThe most unprofessional, unorganised and rude company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. If somehow you manage to get in contact with a member of staff, you will be lied to as they buy time to avoid rectifying issues with your rental property. These issues could be detrimental to your physical health, but don't be fooled into thinking this will get you any closer to getting it rectified as they will continue to ignore texts/emails/calls. I cannot stress how much you should be avoiding this company - renting is tough enough as it is without these cowboys making it more difficult. I have my experience with Lloyds Lettings well documented but I can imagine they will come back and try and swerve any liability as they have done on other reviews.

GoogleAs a landlord I have found Lloyds Letting very good to deal with, always one of the team available. They keep me updated with tenant issues. They help arrange maintenance and they have provided support with a major refurbishment project. Happy to recommend.

GoogleAnyone signing the contract please be watchful they include fixed term contract in their contract and no matter what happen the landlord will not come to a mutual agreement if you want to terminate early and they are money minded people please be vigilant when signing the contract think twice before falling in to a agreement.

GoogleI would strongly suggest you AVOID Lloyds Lettings. These are the people that give estate agents a bad name. Consistently ignored texts, calls and emails throughout the tenancy. Attempted to take money from my deposit, when questioned the manager could not even explain what these costs were for. I had to open a dispute with a third party, which I won and had my money returned to me.
