Greenfield and particularly Brett were great in helping us buy our house. Brett was very patient when we took ages viewing the property and never rushed us. He even took me back for another viewing after we had our offer accepted. He is friendly and very relaxed and had all the knowledge we needed . We always got a prompt reply to any emails and queries . Would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to move in now 😊

I paid £213 to Greenfield for the holding deposit. The referencing failed. Instead of them refunding my money. They deducted £60 from my money. When I enquired The agent called Laurence said, they have deducted the cost of referencing from it. I said what?? You didn't tell me from the onset. Moreover, I have not asked anyone to do referencing on my behalf, so why I'm I bearing the cost. Is this extortion or what???
