I’d like to say I am very happy with the great service recently provided by Claudia Tarr in the Wilmslow branch, she has been very professional, hard working and patient when finding tenants for my property. She’s an excellent communicator too: she’s willing to talk to you, she keeps you well informed, and takes on board your wishes and opinions. If you are looking for a reputable estate agent, look no further than ReedsRains Wilmslow.

TrustpilotAbsolutely fantastic service
We recently bought our first house that was marketed by Reeds Rains St Helens, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Jane Kerrigan in particular was fantastic, and responded to all our enquiries very quickly, and was great at dealing with the solicitors and speeding things along. We will definitely be using them again in the future, and would advise anyone else to do so also!

TrustpilotProperty management
If I could give it a zero I would Property management on fully managed let USELESS…… save your money Go to a company which actually manages a property The list is endless …… inspections not carried out properly, rent increases not done, no action taken for 6 months on a child safety issue , damage in property not investigated, emails not responded to …. Rubbish rubbish company

TrustpilotReeds Rains ilford
Reeds Rains - Ilford, Cranbrook roadExtremely unpleasant to deal with. I had been calling every single day for a week regarding a rental property advertised to be told someone will call back. However no one ever did. I called yesterday complaining to Bernard, the branch manager emphasising the lack of customer service. He also told me he will call me back. To no surprise i did not get a call back. Called in to find more excuses and then was being told what and how to leave a review. I stated i wanted to complain and i was told to send the complain to the person i would be filing the complaint against! LoL! I have never come across such a counter intuitive demand before. DO NOT use these guys. They have such a disgusting attitude. Anyone wanting to rent out their property, do NOT use them. They do not care about whether your property needs to be rented out or not. This could very well have been a happy landlord whose property has been rented. However it is not the case due to this embarassing property agents and the manner in which they deal with customers. I will be taking this further to HR or MD. I am leaving review on every platform to raise awareness. Stay well away from these guys!

Poor service. Refused to let potential buyers view . Later discovered our agent and buyer were related . How unprofessional, all actions fell into place discovered the motif that they were determined who would be buying our property. Would definitely not use this hull branch or recommend

TrustpilotWoodseats Sheffield Branch
Jordan, Harley and the whole team were amazing from start to finish. They took care of everything including dealing with difficult property managers and tenants at the end of a tenancy to making sure we had someone to clean and refresh the property before sale. We can't thank them enough for making sure our house sale went through and a property that's been in our family for generations went to someone who would love it.

TrustpilotMacclesfield branch highly recommended
We've used Reeds Rains Macclesfield to both sell and buy several houses. We wouldn't go anywhere else. The service and commitment from James and his team is second to none.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
Tell us what you need and we'll put you in touch. Reeds Rains Lettings hasn't joined The Trusted Agent yet, so we'll pass your enquiry to them or to up to three other top-rated agents near Evesham.
