GoogleI've known Belvoir as an estate agent and landlord for over a year now and have always had exemplary, fast and personalised service. From the purchase to refurbishment, finding tenants, sorting out issues and letting me know when something needed replacing, nothing is ever too much trouble. As a letting agent they strike a happy medium between ensuring the tenant is happy (and therefore pays the rent on time and stays) and not going over the top from a landlord point of view. They always go the extra mile, nothing is too much trouble.

GoogleWe have been tenants with Belvoir Evesham for over 10 years and can't recommend them highly enough. They have always been timely in responding and addressing any maintenance issues and ensured that the propery was kept to the highest level of safety and habitation (electrical, gas and carbon monoxide/smoke alarm checks with immediate action where required) with the least inconvenience to ourselves. On regular inspection visits we have always found them friendly and accommodating with timing. We have now purchased the property from the landlord with the help from the team at Belvoir, who were tireless in there efforts to make it happen for us. Thank you so much Rob and Dan.

GoogleI contacted Belvoir Evesham as our family urgently needed a rental property while our home was being rebuilt due to a house fire.
Having never rented before it felt a bit daunting, but Rob and the team helped me through every step and our tenancy was quickly arranged. From 1st to last communication was great and all my many questions were answered with kindness and patience, which was so important at a really emotional time.
We were lucky to have such a lovely property, and although a few repairs were required, each one was actioned swiftly and carried out by skilled and friendly contractors. Home inspections were carried out respectfully and at convenient times.
We handed back the property last week, and this was a smooth and easy process, and I thoroughly recommend Belvoir Evesham and their services.
