We had sold previously with Peter and his team and we knew we would be using them again on this occassion, they were all very helpful and understanding and worked hard to help us acheive a very good price very quickly for our property.
Regular phone calls and email updates make it simple to see how your sale is progressing and all the Avon team are helpful, though on this occassion we need to give special thanks to Lynne Tustin for being an amazing, helpful first point of contact. :-)

We have just completed our sale in Offenham, and would like to express our sincere thanks to Peter Vale and his excellent team. With their combination of local knowledge, customer focus and professional approach, they have guided us through the process, keeping us informed and being willing to adapt to our specific needs. We would recommend Avon Estates as our first choice of agent in the Vale of Evesham

Nothing is too much trouble for Pete and his team. We very much appreciated the straight talking, no nonsense approach to supporting our house sale.
My family and I have sold 4 houses and rented 1 out through Avon Estates and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I think the team at Avon Estates are the most helpful I've ever dealt with. They are firm, but kind, and as such get great results. My property sale was not straightforward and despite this I was looked after very well and the sale went though successfully. I would say Avon Estates are particularly good at communication, I was never left in the dark about the current situation, despite the huge number of viewings they needed to do for me. Top notch this lot. You can't go wrong.

Moved to Avon Estates after another local estate agent didn't deliver on the promises they made. Pete, Ben, Lynne and team are friendly, professional and get the job done. If you want to sell your house, use Avon Estates.

View AgentsCertainly recommend
I dealt with a few other estate agents in Evesham. Avon Estates were the only company that answered my questions, even after completion of the business. The other ones did not even bother.
I would certainly recommend Avon Estates to others. Service is a word everybody knows, but only very few put that into practice. Stay sharp when you want to stay successful in business!

View AgentsProfessional Sale to SOLD!!
Avon Estates are great, very responsive quick to value and get our house on the market. Communication was great and they worked around our needs with the multiple viewings we had during the period our house was up for sale. We sold very quickly and for the price we wanted. We would highly recommend.
Thanks Avon

Process happened to be protracted - the reasons for which lay elsewhere! We got there in the end though - thank you!

Avon estates were fab, they were reassuring and professional. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Much better to have an office to pop into than an online agent.
