I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Purely Property Group. From start to finish, the team has been attentive and always easy to get hold of. I dealt mainly with Olivia, and I can honestly say I don’t think we would have reached this stage without her. As this was my first property purchase, I was quite anxious about what to expect but Olivia guided me through every step of the process and made the journey so much less stressful. Her positive attitude and communication has been excellent throughout! I’d also like to thank Celia who has been incredibly helpful and supportive. We bought our new house through Purely Properties end of July, the whole experience was a pleasant one despite being in a chain and the challenges that can bring, having said that if we hadn’t had Celia by our side the whole way I’m sure it would’ve been a lot more stressful. Celia went above and beyond to ensure everything was in place as and when it needed to be, her communication with us was brilliant, she was amazing!! If I could give 0 stars I would - I had an offer accepted on a Property, received the draft contract etc and then had no communication at all until I contact them 3 weeks later explaining that neither me or my solicitor had received any update from their side. I was suspicious that they hadn't listed the property as under offer or SSTC contract and it was only when I pressed them 3 weeks later that I received the shocking news that they had sold to someone else! AWFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH - DISHONEST, INCOMPETENT AND FRAUDULENT! AVOID THESE COWBOYS AT ALL COSTS.
