Houses are well built but aftercare service from point of purchase is poor. In the two years since moving to Ufford Chase we have often had to chase the customer service team for updates regarding issues. It feels like Cala look for any excuse to avoid undertaking remedial/snagging works. Fixtures that come with the property aren't the best quality, with some feeling like 'seconds'. Recent articles on staff redundancies and poor financials likely go some way to explaining the difficult nature of the customer service team, led by Richard Ryan.
