I cannot recommend your move enough. We had a tough ride getting our property sold, with time wasters and frustratingly finding out that our property was not mortgageable. Against advice of others we decided to stick with your move and not change estate agents and I’m so glad. Derek has been nothing but amazing. Derek kept us informed at every stage and always had a very cheery disposition putting us at ease through the whole process, I am truly grateful for all of the help and advice he has given us along the way. As a first-time buyer with little knowledge of property transactions, I initially planned to purchase a house through them but later found a cheaper option at an auction and proceeded without informing Derek and Dipesh, Unknowingly, I was about to be scammed, the seller was attempting to sell a property with a tenant in situ, despite advertising it for residential use. My new broker failed to flag this issue. Just before paying a non-refundable £34,000 deposit, I reached out to Derek for advice. Without hesitation, he reviewed the legal documents and uncovered the issue. Upon confronting the seller, they confirmed the misrepresentation. Derek and Dipesh went above and beyond to ensure I wasn’t misled, without expecting anything in return. I highly recommend THE MOVE to anyone looking for a smooth and trustworthy property purchase.

While initial interactions were promising, recent experiences have been less satisfactory. It's become difficult to reach a representative, particularly when seeking assistance with landlord-related matters. This disparity in responsiveness between tenant and landlord concerns me. It feels as though landlord inquiries are often placed on the back burner. While tenant satisfaction is undoubtedly important, a more balanced approach that prioritizes both parties would be ideal. ===== September 2024 ---+- A Stellar Experience with Your Move === I've had the pleasure of working with numerous estate agents in the past, but my recent experience with Your Move has been truly exceptional.
