Belvoir Erdington reviews

We are experienced landlords with properties in Birmingham and the North East of England. With this in mind when working with a letting agency it is easy to be positive about them when things are going well. A more telling sign of a good agent is how they deal with situations if there is an issue with a property. We can unequivocally recommend Belvoir Erdington as their team is excellent. They have looked after our properties for many years now and provide a first class, professional service as well as being just down to earth nice people that you can talk to. Many thanks to Bhav, Rattan and Peter (apologies if we have missed anyone). They are a superb team who very much know the area they work in. Clive and Mandy Brookes

Belvoir Erdington are highly recommended by me. They helped me secure a property and ensured that during my tenure ensured that the property was maintained and inspected regularly. They were friendly and professional with all correspondence and if there was any problems they ensured that things were sorted promptly. Definitely a 5 Star service and excellent team. Thanks for everything Bhav and Rattan

Bhav and his team have looked after our flat for just over a year now. We were new to renting and Bhav helped us stemlessly through the process. Any issues are dealt with professionally and efficiently. I have only experience a honest, helpful and friendly service from Belvoir in Erdington and would happily recommend them. 😀 …

The strangest and most unpleasant viewing I’ve ever had. Major Mahill conducted the viewing and as a lone woman he made me feel nothing but uncomfortable. Also numerous off topic and unprofessional comments. A very shady business him and his family, “ex wife” as he refers to her manage in Birmingham city centre.

Good experience over several

Good experience over several years. Belvoir Erdington have been managing our property since 2008. Throughout this time we have had no issues with them whatsoever. From our perspective, the change of management a few years ago was also seamless. They have always responded promptly and efficiently to our requests, and as far as we can be sure, to those of our tenants too. We let only one property and are not professional landlords, and Belvoir provide a good service adapted to our needs. Since we live quite far from the property, the regular inspections they carry out are particularly helpful in identifying any repair work or maintenance needed to keep the property in good condition.

I don’t give reviews but Belvoir Erdington they deserve it. Mr Bhav & Mr Rattan both are very professional and helpful. I would say very few estate agents are out there who are truthful , but they are very honest.

"We have let our rental..."

We have let our rental propery with Belvoir for a few years now, no complaints about the Belvoir Erdington branch in that time. Kris is always quick to sort out any reported problems with the property and gets in relevant tradesmen at the right priced to resolve issues. Perfectly happy with this branch as my letting agent.
