GoogleI have to say Grice and Hunter are a really great estate agent to work with, who go above and beyond. We recently made enquiries about a couple of properties on their books, and Debbie was a delight to deal with. We got information on the area, the surrounding areas, the local culture, shopping eateries etc. You name it these guys had the information.
Not only that we didn't actually buy one of their properties in the end, but the advice continued even knowing they didn't have the sale. To me this is above and beyond and why I would have no hesitation in Grice and Hunter being top of my list to use in the future.
