GoogleUnfortunately just a one star review due to the somewhat rude and dismissive attitude. I would have thought the letting agent be there to represent the tenants & landlord equally but not with this agency. Having rented for 6 years and never defaulting, a decent property still requires proper maintenance and the sooner certain matters get responded to the better for all. To leave your tenants without hot water for 2 weeks…certainly not impressive or respectful, like many of the email responses.
