Stephen and his excellent team handled the sale of my 'buy to let' property recently. They arranged contractors to do a complete deep clean of the entire premises when vacated and advertised the sale professionally to achieve a quick sale. Stephen kept in constant touch regarding the progress of the sale and bidding updates. His phone is always answered promptly, problems are quickly resolved and his advice can always be trusted to be sound. His fee was competitive and fair, Watters did all the paperwork leaving me with absolutely nothing to do. I was a 'remote' client living 100 miles away; handing all the work over to Stephen's team was a godsend to me and I am glad I chose Watters Property Sales

We were relocating and Stephen went above and beyond to put forward properties to view, including suggesting a property which he had surveyed/ priced but had went to another agent. This alone shows how not only good they are at what they do but how genuine they are to deal with. The property we ended up purchasing was perfect and the whole process for the sale was very smooth and not stressful at all. Amazing service from Stephen when we bought our new home in County Fermanagh and moved over from Oxfordshire. We were unable to view the house in person because of personal circumstances and Stephen was always available to give in person video tours and answer any questions we had while the sale process went through. House was even better than we could have expected and communication was handled really well between ourselves and the seller when any delays or issues arose prior to us finally moving over. Can’t recommend Watters highly enough, especially if you’re considering buying a property in beautiful Northern Ireland from across the water.
