GoogleIf relocating back to Northern Ireland then I would avoid this company who are the directors. We gave trust in these agents however we faced disappointment after disappointment. Never had any updates on our purchase and constantly calling and chasing on our time. Not one to complain, but would like to warn of potential buyers that actually want a new home. I am now back on the rental market due to the length of time selling my house and trying to buy this home. Goodluck!

Once the property is sale agreed the conveyancing process is no longer under the control of the Agent. As matters stand it is a very stressful process and a collective call from all affected parties including professional bodies is now required. Your frustrations are directed towards us as the messenger, perhaps it would be more constructive to highlight your frustrations to your Solicitor, local politician and Government in an attempt to call for much needed change in the process. GoogleWent from homeowner to homeless. Wasted 5 months. Always had to chase for information to get any updates on progress on the property. Believe the partners do not know about each others properties listing as told by a member of staff, when asked if we could speak to the other partner at the time to find out what was actually happening with the property we had made an offer on and that it was accepted several months ago. Terrible experience after relocating from London to settle back home in Fermanagh to be close to family and for our daughter to start primary school. Never experienced a estate agent like it.
