FacebookWe travelled over 3 hours to view a property and placed an offer the next day, a Wednesday. We were assured a callback the next day .... didn't happen ... so we called to be told the agent had gone home, assured a callback the next day (Friday)...didn't happen ..assured a callback on Monday ... still waiting ..!!!

GoogleTerrible letting agent. Basic works in the house went undone for 2 years despite multiple calls and emails. When we left they refused to reply to the TDS about the deposit which just dragged out the wait. The TDS paid eventually as Montgomery Finlay couldn't be bothered to reply to the request to get the deposit. Will never deal with againNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
