GoogleFantastic experience working with Montgomery & Finlay. I have been looking at renting my property for a number of months and Montgomery & Finlay made the process extremely straight forward and stress free. They kept in constant communication with myself, remained professional in every instance and provided me with the best possible advice moving forward. Fantastic family run company and a pleasure to do with. Would recommend highly for anyone looking to buy, sell or rent!

GoogleTerrible letting agent. Basic works in the house went undone for 2 years despite multiple calls and emails. When we left they refused to reply to the TDS about the deposit which just dragged out the wait. The TDS paid eventually as Montgomery Finlay couldn't be bothered to reply to the request to get the deposit. Will never deal with againNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

I think the quality of the photo's really helped the quick sale of our property. I would certainly use them again, and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
