GoogleI’m not sure how to put into words the exceptional service we received from William and Robert during the recent sale of our home. Everything from the first initial phone conversation was professional yet friendly. The photography and video by Andrew were outstanding and were the topic of conversation amongst many of our friends.
The arrangements for the many viewers were always sensitive to everyone’s schedule.
Robert then led us through the bidding process, giving us the benefit of his many years of knowledge and experience. We were absolutely thrilled and amazed to be posting “sale agreed” after only two weeks and two days on the market!!!!

to thank Robert for all his help with the purchase of our lovely home here in the beautiful County of Fermanagh. He was a great help at the start of the process with conducting virtual viewings with a family member and then again in person when we came over to view some properties. At times the process was very stressful but Robert was always calm and reassuring and never pushy (a far cry from the Estate Agents on the sale of our property in England!). They reply to emails and text messages in a timely manner. They chase up matters which may be taking a little longer than anticipated.
I have had historical dealings with the agency too. I rented a flat in Enniskillen through them in 1989. Again, I found them to be very helpful. I was glad to find that they are still in business 36 years later. They are very reliable.

I had it on the market with another agent for around 12 months. Properties were being sold in the area, but there appeared to be no interest with mine.
I decided that it was time for a change and approached Eadie, McFarland &Co. After speaking with William I appointed them as the new agent. I was impressed with what he said and his commitment to sell.
I did think “typical sales jargon”. I was wrong.
After 7 days he had found a buyer.
Throughout the whole process he and his colleagues (Yvonne etc..) have been available for advice and support.
I strongly recommend that you get in touch with them if you are thinking of selling.

FacebookI placed a property for sale with this agent in 2016/2018. Initially it took a long time for a for sale sign to appear on the property I had to remind them to do it in a phone call. When I checked their website after many months of being with them I discovered the property was not featured anywhere on it . I had to send them an email to make this happen . Apart for looking for money there was little or no communication from them, as to interest/lack of interest, if there was any enquiries, if they showed it to anyone etc. Generally poor service all round . Sorry can't recommend them . It was eventually sold not by them.
