Enquiries on our rental properties are now running into the hundreds and unfortunately, we cannot reply to everyone or consider them for each property. This is a very unsatisfactory situation for all concerned and I am genuinely sorry for anyone seeking to buy or rent a home in this very constrained market. I would love to tell you that the rental market is improving but it isn't and in the short term finding a house to rent (or buy) for thousands of people will be a huge challenge. I appreciate how frustrating this is, but it is beyond our control, and I genuinely wish you well in finding a home. Your one star review is not appropriate in this case and does not reflect the service we provide to our clients. FYI, agents are not obliged to advertise any property, many choose not to and pick from lists of enquiries already on file. We always endeavour to match our property owners with the most suitable tenants for them and consequently advertise when appropriate.
