GoogleChris and John helped us sell our house on Osidge Lane. They are the best estate agents that I have ever dealt with. They were easy to reach and kept us regularly updated. They went above and beyond to meet our needs and help us. I cannot thank them enough for smoothing out what is a stressful process and meeting our needs at every turn. I cannot recommend them enough. It’s such a different service to any that I have experienced before and I would offer them more stars if I could!

GoogleI went with Unique Estates after they were highly recommended by a good friend of mine. John who dealt with me is a very good listener, and understood my needs. He was genuinely engaged getting a good positive result for both me and the landlord. The property he recommended is great for me and the arrangements couldn't have been easier. I was aware that John was working for me to make sure everything was as straightforward as possible. When so many organisations make you run around for them, I really felt the difference when John went the extra mile for me to ensure I could move in quickly when I wanted to. I can thoroughly recommend Unique Estates to anyone looking to rent a property in this area. It was really helpful that he was able to get me in, in good time before Christmas. :-)

GoogleI’ve been with Unique Estate for the past 8 years, and it has been an absolute pleasure working with them. They have managed my rental property with efficiency and professionalism, always taking great care in meticulously selecting my tenants. Both John and Chris are a pleasure to work with and are always available to assist with anything I’ve needed. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone looking for exceptional property management.

GoogleI have been using Uniques Estates services for many years. During this time I have found them to be professional, approachable, helpful, resourceful and so supportive. Nothing seems too much trouble for them. I am very happy with their services. I can honestly say its a pleasure working with them and I feel that John and Chris have become like part of my circle of friends rather than my agents.

GoogleDealt with John for a second time and again he has delivered great tenants. Not only is John professional, but he strikes a great balance of friendliness, efficiency and getting the job done without any of the classic estate agent traits that give them the bad reputation.....a refreshing change.

GoogleI recently moved into a flat thanks to Chris and John who are both extremely helpful and helped me with everything from the first moment I got in touch with them. I couldn't have asked for more, Chris and John are always helpful and very responsive to any questions I have and have gone above and beyond in helping me to settle in. I feel very lucky to have met Chris and John and will always be grateful for everything they have done to help me find a place to stay.

GoogleI have rented trough Unique Estates for over 7 years and I always found their service absolutely nothing short of Excellent. Whenever I had any issues with the property I was renting in North London, Chris and John have always been extremely responsive and in most, if not all, cases got the problem sorted that same day for me. Their contractors are extremely friendly and clearly professionals too. Unique Estates is managed to the highest standards one could ever not even imagine from a letting agent and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable, trustworthy, responsive, and friendly partner for rentals.property management etc. I have now left the property I was renting trough them and I was quite sad to move out both because the property was amazing and a place that I called Home for a very long time, but also because I know it will not be very easy for me to find another letting agent as professional as Unique Estates has been for the entirety of my 7-years-long rental. The checkout process was very smooth too. Everything is done by the books at Unique Estates with honesty and humanity in mind! Again, I would - and I will! - highly recommend to anyone! I hope to rent or buy from them again in the future!

GoogleThe worst estate agents I have ever come across, rude and incredibly unhelpful. The lack of communication and professionalism is almost impressive.

GoogleWe have recently rented a property through Unique Estates and I can only praise the professional and and responsive way in which it's been dealt . I would like to give a special mention to John Desimone for all the help and support he gave throughout the process and would not hesitate to use them again.
