Communication during the early stages of securing our rented property was always transparent (which we were really grateful for considering a bad experience with a different estate agent), and our enquiries are always responded to promptly. GoogleFrom start to Finish Levi has been great, he's very helpful, kind and genuine. He always picked up the phone and find answeres to our questions. Once he even picked up the phone on his lunch break, not many people would have done that!!! (We didn't know he was on a break of course) Every interactions we had on the phone with everyone else in the office has been very polite and professional. Searching for a new place to live is very stressful but Levi and Twosixestates team helped guiding us through the process smoothly and we got the key to our flat today. I can't thank you Levi and the team at Twosixestates enough for their great service. Keep up the good work guys, you guys are amazing!!!

GoogleLevi was super open and approachable. He answered all my questions quickly and handled everything with genuine care. This agency is stress free and has a small family feel. You can actually get through to a person within a decent period of time unlike the other agencies I’ve dealt with that make it almost impossible to speak to a real person. Definitely would recommend!

GoogleMy son passed away last year very unexpectedly, he was a bachelor, and it fell to his parents ,us to clear his House and market it. There are many choices for estate agents in Edmonton, fortunately I picked one of the best. Two Six Homes and more particularly Daniel Gold provided us with up to date requirements that eased the process of selling much less stressful. He and his team and knowledge have indispensable. GoogleAwful. Liars and thieves who don't care about their tenants. Avoid at all costs. They might have been a good letting agency once but are currently experiencing money problems and now the houses they let out to rent are poorly looked after, (all positive reviews were posted a while ago). The whole of the house (3 flats) we lived in suffered from extensive black mould and damp problems. When we were first let the property there were pubes on the toilet seat and flies in the fridge. Twosix homes just provided us with mould spray and did not take any of our problems seriously. When we gave them our moving out date they showed families with babies and children around the property knowing full well of the problem in the flat. Not only this, but they added an extra 400 pounds to the letting price after we renovated the garden for them. These people are particularly rude and disrespectful. Lale especially. Don't sign a contract with this agency.
Hi Mira I am sorry you feel this way, however as you are aware the deposit protection service granted the full return of your deposit to the landlord when you vacated due to the condition the property was returned to us in. They were provided with the check in and check out inventory you were provided with and came to the same judgement we did. We wish you the best in your future endeavours

GoogleMassive thanks to Daniel for getting our purchase through. Daniel did more work than our solicitors and was instrumental in getting the purchase through. Best part is Daniel was working for the sellers, not us, the buyers - so really went above and beyond. If we ever look to sell our place I wouldn't hesitate to call Daniel.

GoogleDo not rent trough this agency!!! Extremely unprofessional. I had a viewing booked for today at 11:00. Yesterday I called them to confirm the viewing as this was booked almost two weeks ago. They didn’t response therefore I left a message asking to let me know whether the viewing was confirmed or not. After a couple of hours they called me saying that they were calling to confirm whether I was going to attend the viewing or not. I confirmed my attendance and after that she asked me to move the viewing at 10:45 and I gave my availability. Then she asked me to move it at 10:30 and although it wasn’t ideal for me I gave my availability again. She also asked information about my occupation, salary etc. again although I already provided this a couple of times. She kept asking if I was sure the place was suitable for and if I would attend the viewing with no reason to do so and while was her who changed the viewing time two times. She told me she would send me a message when she was about to start to come to confirm the appointment. (?!?!?!) I asked her to let me know at least 2 hours before the viewing time if she wouldn’t be able to come, as I live 1 hour and 30 minutes away from there. She assure me that she would come and that text message was only a further information she would give me. I’m out the property it’s 10:30 and she didn’t arrive yet and she didn’t send me that text message yet. I call her and she say she would come in 10/15 minutes. It’s now 10:50 and she is not there. I call her 2 times and send her a text message but she doesn’t respond. In the meantime I met a man who was there for the 10:30 viewing too and had a really similar situation. He called her too but she again doesn’t respond. 11:00 of clock past and she never showed up. When I’m leaving another person called me saying that she had been stuck in the traffic due to a car accident, which is possible but the whole context does not suggest so obviously!!!

GoogleMy Property came available to rent in the Enfield area. Two Six Estates already manage one other property of mine and had no hesitation to give them this property too. They found a tenant very quickly. They are by far the best agency I have dealt with since I have been letting out my properties. Good communication always available dealing with any issues. Payments always on time.

GoogleAfter having tried different "agents" and cash buyers, Daniel came through for us when we were tired of even selling our house! We had several "professionals" who promised to sell our house "fast" but never delivered only to let us down last minute with different excuses or trying to reduce the price after all negotiations. From the get go, Daniel said confidently that he'd get a buyer within 4 weeks. And he did. Bravo Daniel. Communication is important and he was excellent with updates all through the process. I'd use your services again and will definitely recommend you anytime.

Hi Hari, you have been our tenant for over 3 years. We have never had any negative feedback from yourself and are disheartened by your review. When vacating the property the cleaning was not completed to the standard required for someone new to move in. This infact shows that we value and take pride in the condition of our properties as we neither gave you the property of that condition you vacated in when you moved in originally and we also wouldn't give it to anyone else too. The only deduction from your deposit was a cleaning fee which you agreed to when the inventory was shared with you. When signing an agreement a term is to return the property in the same condition as received in, not only through damages but also cleaning standards. When you raised an issues with us regarding the deduction, you were informed of the next steps to dispute through the TDS adjudication. you decided not to proceed with this Thank you and we wish you well on your future endeavours.
