GoogleI don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing. I was searching for a studio flat for a short-term let and contacted the office several times. Unfortunately, my calls were either rejected or I was told I would receive a call back to arrange a viewing, which never happened.
When I did manage to speak with someone, the level of professionalism was disappointing. The agent I spoke to seemed uninterested in answering basic questions and the conversation felt very dismissive.
One Saturday late last year I decided to visit the office in person. The shutters were down, which seemed unusual during opening hours, and through the window I could see a member of staff asleep on the sofa. After that, it became clearer why my calls had been going unanswered.
Overall, the experience left a very poor impression and felt quite unprofessional.

GoogleNightmare. Ignores emails. Makes appointments without notice and expects entry to property. Lies about why they can't provide EPC (says can't because of Data Protection!) And, any fault is yours, for e.g. faulty wiring: You must have plugged something in that caused the fuse box to blow. *Edit. Thank you for the offer to talk. I have amended the star rating from 1 star to 3 stars, because communication and arranging appointments did improve during my stay at the property. I will say that my electrical appliances are working perfectly fine (no fuse box blowing) in my new home.

GoogleI have been using tower estates for the last two years and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future as they have been great and deal with all my property issues promptly. Although I had a very bad tenant they made sure to resolve all issues prior to bringing it to my attention and avoided me having to have unnecessary stress and I can honestly say that I am very happy that they manage my property and will continue to add to my portfolio through tower estates. I have all my messages replied to within one hour and I couldn't ask for a better service. Highly recommend them.

I didn’t have a single issue during my entire time there but I do have a few honourable mentions; Marianna, Christina and the lovely Aldo. These people helped me so much with something that could’ve been incredibly stressful. For this reason, I’d highly recommend them and I can definitely say that I’m happy I rented my house to them.
