My property was on the market with a well known Estate agent for almost 10 months and after having had approximately over ninety viewings they could not secure a sale. As I was in a hurry to sell the property, I was recommended by a neighbour to allow Sealy Estate to market my property. I contacted Reggie, and told him that my property must be sold within three months, and Reggie had convinced me that he could try and secure a sale with within the specified time. One early morning Reggie had contacted me to inform me he had found me a buyer who was interested and was ready to complete the sale within sixty days. At first, I thought it was some kind of a joke and I told him that I was not convinced. But to my surprise the next morning my Solicitor had emailed me all the necessary paperwork. I was quite surprised that the exchange & completion was done on the same day in just under sixty days. Reggie is a very honest, pleasant and friendly gentleman with good interpersonal skills. He puts in a lot of effort to make sure that he can secure a sale. You can call him at anytime time of the day, even after the closing hours and he never ignores your calls. If he had missed your calls, he would automatically return your call on the same day which other Estate Agents would never do. I had received great satisfaction in the short time that I have known Reggie, and would strongly recommend him with full confidence. PN.

It is a common refrain that if an estate agents lips are moving then they are lying... This is not the case with Reggie. From the very first phone call to the completion of our sale he has been an absolute delight to work with. Completely honest and transparent, going above and beyond (at all times of day and night) to get the sale completed. He has huge local knowledge and used this to find our perfect buyer. Being remote he was our 'eyes on the ground' and was in and out of the property at the drop of the hat to answer all the questions that inevitably pop-up during a sale. Reggie was recommended to us, and I would have no concerns about recommending him to others. Thank you, Reggie, for making this complex process as straight forward as possible. Reggie at Sealy Estates was invaluable in helping us sell our house. He gave us excellent advice on how to market our property to get the best price we could. With Reggie‘s help we had a buyer very quickly who was in a strong position. However they unfortunately decided not to proceed which could not have been foreseen by Reggie or ourselves. Despite this Reggie found us another buyer within a week in an even stronger position and our sale went through quickly following this. I think Reggie‘s intimate knowledge of the local area where he has lived and worked for some years, along with his very friendly approach, really helped both ourselves and our buyer. He is calm, professional, approachable, and extremely good at communicating and bringing everything together to make our sale happen. We are very grateful to have met Reggie and would not hesitate in giving him our highest recommendation.

Reggie is an amazing estate agent, I’d recommend him in a heartbeat. He did a fantastic job selling my dad’s house in Hendon for him. He is affable, charming and easy to talk to, but also very clever. He put my father’s house on the market at just the right price, and made sure the photos looked great. He got lots of interest and had about 10 viewings for just one Saturday. My dad got an offer he was very pleased with and it all worked out great. I have also been to view properties that Reggie has been selling so have got to see how he works from that angle too. He is completely charming and always makes people feel at ease when looking round properties, and is interested in talking through any thoughts you might have. Fundamentally Reggie is a really great, likeable person. If I was ever selling a property, I’d ask Reggie to sell it in a flash. I know because of who he is, he’d get a great price for it and everyone would leave happy.

Sealy Estate Sales & Lettings is the property management organisation use by me and my partner. I would describe the service that Reggie Sealy provides as second to non, 10 out of 10. Attention to detail and going that extra mile is common place with him. For example throwing on overalls to help with the maintenance control and transporting materials from trade shops are just a couple of situation I found Reggie immersed in at our property.
