The worst property agent in London !!! unfortunately Sultan was looking after our house and she was always caring about the landlord and money didn’t care about our needs whenever we needed something there was silence 🤫 but whenever landlord needed something she was calling us like crazy for example the broken window didn’t get fixed for 6 months and wanted us to pay for it but we rented the house for 4beds and they told us “don’t use the 4th bedroom” because it was not room on the paperwork which was not our problem and when we left the place they found excuses to not pay our deposit back fully and they didn’t:)

Definitely stay away. They made an appointment to see a rental house a week ago. Then the appointment day came. They said there was no key to the house. They made an appointment to show the house without the house key. Now, when I talk to them, they say that if there is no news yet, we will let them know. What I will say is that they are not a corporate company. There is no such house rental system.

Locus Estates in Enfield has been the best estate agency in my opinion, I have recently moved to one of their rented properties and I felt really welcomed.
