Google**Great Experience Over 3 Years** I rented through this agency for the past three years, and it was a really positive experience throughout. Jay was always professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. Any issues that came up were handled quickly and smoothly. GoogleJay is a rude and unprofessional agent. Tried to take 300£ of us for credit checks. May I add this is illegal to do so. Please be wary when dealing with these estate agents as they don't follow the procedure correctly.

GoogleVery unprofessional and rude behavior by the agent Jay. Also, they don't follow the accepted guidelines of letting out. They wanted all the documents even before collecting the holding deposit and reserving the property. I'd stay away from them

GoogleThe agent told me to sign the documents, apparently was everything done and now he doesn't even answer me and I have to leave my current flat in 5 days. Horrible.
