GoogleMy experience with OXO Property has been extremely disappointing. From the outset, the process was riddled with delays, poor communication, and a clear lack of professionalism. Despite raising several concerns, I was repeatedly given inconsistent information, particularly regarding the tenancy agreement and deposit handling.
The agency only provided the tenancy agreement a week before the move-in date, and even then, it did not meet expectations. Amendments were still being discussed on the day I was meant to move in. At no point was a draft agreement shared beforehand, which could have prevented much of the confusion and stress.
Due to these delays, I was forced to cover the cost of hotel accommodation and storage out of my own pocket. It became increasingly clear that the process was not being handled properly. The last-minute updates and lack of accountability led me to lose all trust in the agency.
Ultimately, I decided to withdraw from the agreement and requested my money back, as I no longer felt safe or confident continuing with the tenancy. Based on this experience, I would not recommend OXO Property. The ordeal was stressful, poorly managed, and left me temporarily without secure housing.

GoogleAvoid this place at all costs! Extremely unprofessional. I always communicate any issues I have within the property yet there is delays in getting it resolved. I had taken short notice leave from work just for the appliance to not arrive. Absolute joke and waste of time. When receiving communication via email, nobody signed off on the email so I do not know who to contact if I were to call up. Now I will have to pay out of pocket again to go laundrette. I still haven't received payment for the first laundrette bill.

GoogleWe showed interest in a property under these and another EA only to find that they are dodging calls and hanging up on us after we call regarding the tenancy agreement. We have paid a holding deposit and provided all information about tenants only for them to hang up on us days before we are due to move in. I'd give 0 if I could.

GoogleWow... These estate agents are the worst I have ever seen. I was about to book a viewing for 9th at 1pm then, one of the agents said to me can we please do it on 10th at 5.30pm i said ok no problem he seemed like a nice guy, but now I realize he was to lazy to call the tenet to do a viewing, so now I get a call telling me sorry sir your some has taken the property......
