I have not encountered any issue working with both kazim and polat. Communication has also been consistent and informative throughout the process, I never needed to wait for a long period for updates. Also their photographer was fab, she helped me prep my home for pictures. Thank you so much for making the experience of buying and selling a house as pleasant as it can be. GoogleHave worked with Lords for roughly a year and a half, they were managing our rental property on the guaranteed rent scheme. For the first year there were no problems and we were happy with their services but once we approached the second year of our contract we were asked to attend court as landlords because the tenants were not paying the rent in full for some months. It turned out that the tenants now owed thousands of pounds of rent that the estate agents were unable to get. Fair enough these things happen, what was disappointing, however, was that they had not done background checks before letting the property to these tenants. We later found out that they had done the same thing in previous properties and dissappeared without paying what they owed. We were then told by Lords that they wanted to terminate our 5 year contract early and reasons given were fairly inadequate. As first time landlords not knowing what to do we took back our keys only to find our property in horrendous condition, far far worse than usual wear and tear. All in all disappointing services from Lords for not being thorough with tenant checks and the handling of these sorts of situations.

Dear Burcu, its really disappointing for you to write a review without talking to us about your concerns. I would like to make a few things clear.
1. We took on your property on a guaranteed rent scheme and have paid to the last penny your rent until the day we gave your key! so its not really your conern if i credit check my tenants. - WE NOT OWE YOU ANY RENT- NOR YOU HAVE LOST ANY RENT BECAUSE OF US.
2. Because you were a recomendation we offered you above market rent and used our break clause to hand your property back! as it was to high to make any profit on.
3. Your properties condition wasnt so good but have we not paid the costs you have invoiced us? when you handed the property to us it was not a brand new state was it? but we still did not go into the hassle and accepted the costs you have FORWARDED VIA EMAIL and paid on the agreed date??have we not?
Yes you are a first time landlord and have not incurred any damage because of LORDS PROPERTY. your just annoyed to not get as high rent as you were getting from LORDS PROPERTY so you just decided to write a silly review. But thank you for the review and wish you ALLL THE best.

Calm down mate, your review is unfair, cruel and don’t make any sense at all. We told you clearly it was out of our hands to conduct the viewing. What part of that do you not understand? We offered you to carry out a viewing any other day suitable for YOU but you chose to write a dumb review. also it was not last minute notification it was 35 minutes before your view time.
What does guzmping mean? You spelt it wrong plus that is something you can do once a property transaction starts, NOT BEFORE YOU HAVE EVEN SEEN A PROPERTY.
You also state that our reviews are from our relative etc? what? How can you be so certain? You sure your not mixing your doings with ours? Because there is no other way of explaining your certainty about our reviews. You must be doing that with your own business so you think oh yh everyone is doing the same.
