To all landlords/ladies, Don't go to this estate agent! They are not honest and very unprofessional staff! 1.Tenants pay the rent but the agency transfers it weeks later to you. 2.Tenants move out, they won't pay your last rent, and come up with, that you ow them money. It's disgusting A humble suggestion from me to all the hosts. Do not work with this real estate agent 1.The tenant pays the rent on time, But the real estate agent pays you your rent weeks late. 2. The tenant evicts you and they do not give you your last rent. and they give you a debt by lying. 3. Especially Mr. Volkan, he is not professional at all, he is incredibly rude. Your room came to me. Thank goodness I was saved, What can I say if the money you spent on you is poison for you?

Dear Oksan Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the services you received from us that began on the 18th March 2011 and requested to work on more than one property, which we were unsuccessful in finding you a tenant. Concerning delayed rent payments, it is primarily due to receiving uncleared funds and transferring the amount due once funds are clear. Please email me ali@kingslygroup.com for rent due to you and the amount we have said that is owed to us. You see, the system is transparent on the check out to which the deposit is held in the DPS, and you can challenge any amount owed to you if you have an acceptable case; if not, any works required would be completed only with your permission. If the works are complete, you owe our contractor. Very concerning that, you can destroy a service provided since 2011 over lack of capability of understanding the basics of benefits of using our services for ten years. Meanwhile, let this be a lesson to our firm that a decade long customer can be unreasonable at the end of the service. To be exact, the amount owed is £25.20 as we could not speak with you to let you know for the contractor, and the rent amount owed for the six days overstay by the tenants is paid in full for you to collect from the office.

Would recommend to all to avoid this agency. I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm also yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are ignored.
