Kings Group Enfield reviews

I have used Kings a couple of times in the past for letting a property and this time used them for a sale of a property. Georgia was very helpful upon my initial contact and she has good negotiation skills which led me to use Kings. Isaacs Rose the manager was my main point of contact and I found him to be attentive and professional with a good understanding of my needs. His team members also kept me regularly updated and I can say I have been happy with their service and would recommend Kings to those looking to both let and sell their property. Though not successful at this stage in selling the property, I appreciate the help given by Kings Enfield Town and have given this review as to my opinion on their services.

We completed our sale back in October, and they were great throughout the whole process! The whole team were so helpful and efficient, using the WhatsApp group really made things smoother. We also couldn’t praise the progress team more, they were chasing our solicitors continuously! Thankyou very much :)

I wanted to give Ali a review, which I normally never do. Ali was attentive, knowledgeable, and authentic. He answered my questions directly which I appreciate and whilst the property was not a perfect match for me, he spent the time to find out what I was looking for. He was great!

Would definitely recommend using Mesut as a mortgage broker. I went to 3 brokers who were unable to assist me with getting a mortgage. Mesut was able to find me a lender, and was with me every step of the way until completion. Would definitely recommend.

Fraudulent

Unfortunately, I had bad experiences with them as I was misleaded by their testimonials. They're just opportunistic to buy houses in very small prices when people are in difficult situations. They manipulate people's helpless situations. I would never take any services from them in future.

I would give Robyn Birchenall 10 stars if I could. The reason why outstanding customer service. I have used kings letting for the last 6 plus years for my flat My last tenant left due to rent arrears Robyn went above and beyond to keep me updated With the new process for my new tentants. Every process of contracts etc very prompt answered all my questions. I also dealt with James Cecil.from the enfield branch James in person dealt brilliantly with getting a super quick turn around 1week Getting my new tenants in.got contractors in to paint and clear out old stuff out. Keeping me informed by phone and email. While I was away on holiday nothing was too much advised me with every thing that happening. I would also give James 10 stars Both James and Robyn are a credit to kings. Thank you James Cecil and Robyn Birchenall
