Jake is very professional and attentive. He took time to go around the house I was viewing to rent and explained each step of the way what had been renewed and took time to answer my question. He made the process straightforward. He was happy to listen and try to help find a solution, has kept me in the loop every step of the way with all the paperwork and has put my mind at ease over and over again when we have faced an issue! I can't recommend Jake enough. Truly an amazing company that deserves recognition and all the business he gets his way. Will recommend highly every opportunity I get.

All personel is polite and considerate. They respond promptly, and provide thorough advice through the whole process. The agents always give fast responds to questions and they are willing to listen to the clients needs. We were in urgent need of finding a property with only a few weeks to the end of our previous lease and the agency helped us through it in a speedy manner. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to rent.

Jake Charles is, hands down, the best lettings agent I’ve worked with in years. Jake is extremely professional, knowledgeable and hard working. He took my calls and responded to my E mails at all times of the day and night and in weekends without complaint but with a constant solution or helpful suggestion. He has always going the best tenants and is an absolute pleasure to work with. He’s an independent company which I wholeheartedly support and will continue to do so. Thank you Jake

Had an excellent experience working with the agency: moving from abroad and managing all the referencing and depositing can be stressful, but the team was responsive and supportive throughout. I am sure we were a real pain, but we got nothing but calm and engaged hand-holding. Wish all real estate would be managed similarly

Jake Charles Property are a breath of fresh air and will be perfect for any landlords/owners looking for ‘old school’ attention to detail and a personalised service. The guys clearly know their markets and buyers and with the added advantage of being determined to tailor their service to deliver a bespoke, result-oriented campaign we have been delighted. Many agents can succeed in easy markets but when there is more of a challenge you need an agent who can adapt and be creative. Jake Charles deliver exactly this. Highly recommend

I could not be happier with the service received from Jake Charles! Jake worked with great speed and professionalism to find a great tenant for me and kept me in the loop through every step of the process. I have worked with some of the other well known agents in the past and the service is incomparable. I would go as far as to say I have never had as good a service from any estate agent to date and I will certainly be using them again. If you are in need of an agent in North London/Herts I would highly recommend having a conversation with the team at Jake Charles.
