Alekos and George at Here To Sell Estate Agents

Alekos and George, at Here To Sell sold our house in Palmers Green. The are totally professional, they really listened to us, they advised us, any concerns that we had about the selling process were taken on board, and dealt with immediately. The guys communicated with us, and the buyers regularly, and made the process as smooth as possible. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their property. In fact we have already recommended them to family and friends.

My experience with George from Here to…

My experience with George from Here to sell has been a positive one from start to finish. He managed to achieve above my asking price, for which I am of course happy with! He is very thorough, and always kept me updated throughout. George is not your usual kind of estate agent, he just has that bit extra about him, he is warm, productive and honest, and gave advice and support with a naturally caring, genuine attitude . He is very professional and clearly passionate about what he does. I would definitely use Here to sell again, and wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone, with confidence! Thanks George 😊

They do not reply via email or pick up the phone. * Edit 6 months later: There was a glitch in their system on that day and managed to get hold of the agent. No issues since.

Selling a house in north London

I had a large house to sell in north London. After talking to a few estate agents, the one who impressed me most was Alekos Kleanthous because of his enthusiasm and knowledge. I was right. He worked very hard to get the best price for the house. I am based in Scotland so he carried out all the viewings and spent several open days showing buyers around. He obtained very good offers for me and recommended one. However, he kept me informed during the whole process. It then took several months for the buyer's lender to decide the loan. I became impatient but it ended with Alekos bringing all those involved together and the signing of the contract. Completion was 4 days later. I can recommend Alekos without reservation for his knowledge, enthusiasm and honesty. He is always pleasant and helpful. M Stenning

Read the market well

2 years ago we decided to relocate. George’s marketing strategy enabled us to obtain a sale price far exceeding both our expectations and what had previously been achieved on our road. As a family with young children it was really useful to have all the viewings done over one weekend when we were away. We felt very comfortable giving George the responsibility of our home during our absence. After the multitude of offers had been received, George smoothly assessed these and advised us on the reliability of the potential buyers. We were very happy with the service he provided.

Professional and friendly service with great communication. I would recommend to all

As a first time buyer i was overwhelmed and confused with the entire process of buying. Alek, really listened to what i wanted and and showed me the best options that were actually within my budget and where better suited to my criteria than anything I had looked at myself. He made a stressful process that little less stressful. He was always contactable for queries. Cannot recommend him enough and to top it all off he was very friendly and patient which I appreciated a lot.
