GoogleEddie Burba helped me with my property search, he took me on many viewings and was always very reliable and extremely helpful. He spent lots of time trying to find a property that matched my requirements, and never was impatient, and always was very kind and considerate as it took me sometime to decide due to my circumstances. I was always contacted straight away following a viewing, for my feedback or if a new property had come up. Eddie is a credit to Foxtons, and I was more than happy with his service.

GoogleI would just like to mention a few things about the service received from Bertan Cicek, Foxtons Enfield. Bertan was professional throughout the selling process, ensuring that I was kept up to date with matters every step of the way. For reasons out of his control the property deal ended up being a little protracted but even here, he remained reassuring and a calming influence especially when matters were a little challenging. I would highly recommend Bertan to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleEven though I bought my property through other agency I find Bertan Cicek a superb estate agent. Bertan was very helpful during the property hunting period using his broad market knowledge to give best possible advice. He is top notch agent understanding both a seller and a buyer needs - quite unique quality this days. He is always working hard to find reasonable compromise between both parties' interests.

GoogleLucia Hutchins from Foxtons Enfield has been fantastic and by far the most proactive agent I have dealt with. We registered with all the local companies trying to find the right property to buy and she was the only one that kept getting back to me and advising us of new arrivals on the market. Would highly recommend for a very friendly and efficient service.

GoogleFoxtons is a big machine and you have to be careful to ensure both you, and your tenants, are seen as human beings, not merely revenue-generators. They are good at the personal touch albeit needing to be kept up to the mark. Then you can take advantage of their considerable reach and expertise. They were professional, proactive and ambitious for my property -- which to my mind is the right approach.
Recommended, but don't let the machine take over.

GoogleBertan Cicek provided a second to none customer service skills on the sale of the property. He provided regular updates about each stage of the sales progress with the buyer, mortgage, valuation and solicitor matters. Would definitely refer the company and him to friends and relatives in the future.

GoogleCustomer service is excelent from every one, finding a buyer was same as any estate agent that charge 1%, so I did not see paying 3% as this was not value for money except the CS and their Porto website.
