GoogleI was on the brink of becoming homeless when I needed a place for my family and I but couldn’t be heard by anyone or agency even with my willingness to pay. In fact, it was absolutely a hard time with sleepless nights and multiple viewings across London but fortunately I met Shermaine who heard me and understood my situation. Her professionalism is unmatched and also she’s compassionate. A very big thank you to you and your team. If I have a place called home now, it’s your doing and I appreciate that very much. I hope to continue with Church’s anytime!

GoogleAfter a long house hunt, my partner and I came across a property being marketed by Church’s. We had some unforeseen blips and issues on the way, but Neil’s support and professionalism were so refreshing and reassuring. We cannot thank him enough for making our dream come true and helping us buy our first family home. We are new to the area, and it is everything we expected. We would highly recommend using Church’s to buy and sell any property.

GoogleI’ve been with churches for 6 years and mainly been in contact with Shermaine - she is an absolute asset to the company, always smiling, always happy to help and very efficient! Bitter sweet goodbye however I’ll never forget it! Pretty sure I broke down to the owner once and he just reassured me and told me everything will be fine and I wish I was better with words 😅 but hearts of pure gold ! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

From beginning to end in regards to negotiating fees, taking photos, professionally hand selecting potential buyers (no time wasters), valuations and attaining a suited buyer was first class. They continued to go above and beyond to ensure all parties in the process were aligned, communicating and always keeping us up to date with current information. GoogleCalled them on three different occasions to arrange a viewing for a property. Each time I was told to leave my name and number and someone will get back to me. Never happened. When I called them for the fourth time, the property was already gone. Incredibly dissapointing.
