We used Bennett Walden to sell our house earlier this year and I can't sing the praises of Mark and his team highly enough. We had challenges along the way and Mark was always on hand to give advice, keep us calm and provide a sense of perspective. His demeanour is very positive and the depth of his experience helped to reassure us in moments that could become quite stressful. He generated a large amount of interest, found us a buyer very quickly and provided us with support (that I felt was above and beyond that which should be expected) from the initial enquiry through until we handed over the keys. I would recommend them to anyone. 10 out 10.

Mark from Bennett Walden has been very patient and professional with us throughout our journey and managed to secure us a beautiful Edwardian house we wanted despite us losing our own first buyers a few weeks ago. He showed us the house as many times as we needed to see it, he answered all our inquiries professionally and without hesitation. It was refreshing to deal with someone who did not exaggerate or use tactics to manipulate the buy! He negotiated the price we offered, he liased with the vendor to wait for us to find another buyer and he never put any pressure on us about anything. We are renting a property through BW and I have to say their level of professionalism and enthusiasm is second to none. We used Bennett Walden to sell our flat in Barnet. And even though this was not their usual area, Mark Brinkley was amazing. He was always responsive and got us a number of offers decide from but his hard work didn't stop there! The hardest part about a sale is getting it over the line and our buyer was difficult but Mark kept the ball rolling, kept in contact with all other parties and event all the solicitors too. At a very difficult time for my family, Mark and Reina of Bennett Walden have been incredibly supportive, kind, helpful, resourceful and effective in selling our mother's house. Whenever problems arose, mainly due to an unscrupulous buyer in our chain, they remained calm and always made sure that we had a number of options. We live some distance away, but Mark made himself available to let surveyors in and he even organised for our roof to be mended when it leaked. He's personable and professional with a real knowledge of the area (Lakes Estate, Southgate). Mark was accurate in his valuation which was borne out in the offers received and the agreed sale price when another local agent had valued the house at a staggering £100,000 less!
