Since moving to Enfield, Barnfields were the first agency to support us with viewings as we began the process of buying our first home. A Big Thank You to Barnfields, Especially Nicole and Ross I was previously with another estate agent no names mentioned but we felt they weren’t proactive enough, and my house remained on the market for quite some time. We eventually opted for the rental route and decided to switch to Barnfields, where I was introduced to Ross and Nicole. Right from the outset, they were clear about the process and, most importantly, friendly and approachable. Both showed genuine care for the rental of my property. Nicole took the lead on viewings. Although the rental market was slow and we had only one viewing in the first month, Nicole and the team never gave up. They consistently kept me updated and reassured throughout the process. Overall a great experience, which is a plus, as moving can be stressful at times. We were shadowed by Nicole throughout the whole process (which took only a couple of weeks), and she was professional and friendly, with a naturally positive and helpful attitude. We recently rented our 3 bedroom house through Barnfields in Enfield. We spoke with a number of other estate agents in Enfield but went with Ross from Barnfields due to his professionalism and friendly manner. We weren't disappointed, Ross was truly amazing; listened to our requirements and found us a tenant who matched perfectly with our expectations. Ross is not your typical estate agent, he is thoroughly professional, patient, extremely helpful and above all works extremely diligently for his clients. i am really dissapointed and disgusted with the way things have gone. i was dealt with by Ross who initially showed me a beautiful property which i was ready to proceed with. After providing everything he requested, he went completely ghost for a week not answering my calls or emails which i then had to go to the office and he explained to me he is also happy to go ahead and has everything he needed from me. baring in mind i have limited time i need to be moved into the property by, again he has gone completely ghost on me knowing how important it is for me to get a property. i have a couple friends and family members who have dealt with Ross in the past and he has done the same thing with them. just wasted everyone’s time. so if you are looking to rent or buy a property and your dealing with ross i suggest you find elsewhere or be prepared to have your time wasted.

The Rental Introduction service provided.by Ross Kesley from Barnfields Enfield was delivered in professional and affective manner. Ross was always very attentive and always came with options and suitable recommendations. Would be happy to engage with him again. This would have been 5 star review but for the delay by the central support department to process the rental agreement and release the balance of first month’s rent minus the fees. Unfortunately this is a symptom of large company bureaucracy, this was not the case in the past having dealt with Barnfields locally at branch level.
