GoogleAdam Kennedy, and particularly Isabel , have been fantastic in managing my property at 11 Gareth Drive. When a potentially difficult situation arose with a tenant's rent payments due to a delay in their Universal Credit re-assessment, Isabel kept me fully informed. She has been proactive in her communication , providing clear updates on the plan to handle the £1,000 in arrears. I appreciate their professional and responsive approach to property management.

GoogleI have known Matt Duce for over 20 years and Waz Uddin for the last 2 years. From 2002/3 and over many years Matt has either sold property on my behalf or been helpful in finding tenants for properties. During 2024 both Matt and Waz were extremely insightful whilst handling a sale where legal complexities involving a sitting tenant complicated affairs. Following their early advice and once some legal hurdles were overcome the sale progressed at a reasonable pace considering the rate of progress is understandably dictated by the legal representatives of the buyer and seller. However just as importantly Waz kept a professional dialogue going with the buyer and myself so consequently as legal queries cropped up they were quickly addressed. The property was professionally portrayed on several online platforms with an array of photographs and video tour whilst being simultaneously advertised in a prominent position in their Agency front window. Their experience was well worth drawing on at a time when market conditions were challenging for buyers and sellers. I would be happy to do business with both these individuals in the future.

GoogleHaving been with Adam Kennedy for 17 years, fully managing our property, for many years they have become so unprofessional. We are literally chasing them all the time for responses to issues. The most recent one, had an email on the 11th July regarding issues, still waiting for a response, despite asking them to give us un update by the beginning of this week. Just complacent, would not recommend them to anyone. Matt starts off all professional but after many years is quite rude.

GoogleEven if I have to sleep in the street I will NEVER EVER trust this agency!!! Adam Kennedy became my worst nightmare after my experience with them! As my husband and I are looking for a property to rent, we saw a great house posted by this agency. it was written „available immediately”. I called DAILY for one week and no one knew any details about this property. BUT, they were always promising that I will receive a call back. NEVER!! Not even a short beep! LIARS!! The second week, i called again DAILY! Every time I spoke with different people and they were blaming the colleagues as some are still working from home. LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND PROFESSIONALISM! After insisting, embarrassing myself and pushing them to do their job, I got the promise for a viewing of that property (134, The Sunny Road, Enfield). But no confirmation! I had to call 4 times, the day before the viewing to remind them that I need the confirmation as I need to be sure that this is happening! All this time they made me think that the agency is a total joke that is mocking people! That they do not want to work or to rent anything!! My husband started to become suspicious about the property. Very late, we received the message confirming the viewing. When we arrived there we saw the most HORROR house we ever visited in our 35 years!!!!! The walls are cracked, painted and dirty; the house smells like rubbish; everything inside is destroyed like after the war! The kitchen furniture is smashed, the bathroom is absolutely degusting, the carpets have marks .... I felt so angry for being lied with photos from the past years!!!! I am pregnant in 38 weeks and to face this stress + the time waisted is a punishment!!! This agency should be shamed for existing!!!!!!! The agent that was showing the house today was absolutely quite! The best he could say was that: the landlord will refurbish everything in one week! OMG!!!!!! Not even in one month you can fix that house!!!!!!!!!!! They should be forbidden to function!! NEVER EVER Adam Kennedy in my life!!!!!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Still waiting for a call from the director and its been over 3 weeks. Delay the process in every way possible and won't take accountability for anything yet they make out to be one of the best.
