My wife has contacted Leaders this morning about a pretty major leak. And still haven't heard back from them. This is not the first time we have had issues with them and it probably wont be the last. There is absolutely no urgency with anything that has to do with their customers. They are useless.

We were with Johnson wood who were brought out by leaders. They have been a huge disappointment to work with. You should avoid this company.
