viewed a property recently and liked it, the following day i tried to book another viewing with my wife but was refused because our house didn't have a buyer, on my 1st viewing I wasn't told i couldn't have a 2nd viewing with my wife, the lady on the phone said in the future make sure you view property's together not on your own, I can't understand that this estate agent is stopping genuine buyers from viewing property's to confirm they want to buy, if I wanted to sell a property it wouldn't be with this agent, I was going to sell my property with the agent who find us a property but that now is not going to be Borland and Borland estate agents Emsworth.. Is this normal practice in selling houses now?

If I could give it 0 stars I would ,the way this company allowed the Lanlord to treat us was absolutely disgusting ,long story short the Lanlord agreed to give us the property ,the day before we were suppose to pick up the keys all of a sudden there was loads of issues with our information despite the fact that they had already accepted our evidence ! They clearly had someone else they’d rather have move in ,we paid a nearly £300 holding fee which would only be refunded if the Lanlord pulled out and wouldn’t be if there was “lack of evidence “ or if we pulled out ,they did everything in their power to make us “pull out” or have “lack of evidence “ and loose our holding fee despite the fact we had already been completely led on and mugged off after weeks of doing everything they asked ,any letting agent that allows their landlords treat tenants is absolutely vile ,thanks for wasting our time ,energy and making an incredibly hard working couple feel extremely upset and frustrated,could you imagine if it was a family with children that had just give up their old home after they had been accepted for a new property and now had no where to go because the Lanlord just “changed their mind “ on the evidence the day before ,disgusting

Friendly and professional estate agents. Despite the current house sale climate being difficult, Borland generated a steady flow of weekly viewings and we had an acceptable offer within 6 weeks. The property we wanted to purchase was also with Borland and Steve helped smooth the way for the vendors to wait until we had an offer on ours so that we could make an offer on the property they were selling. Borland Review I sold my property through Borlands, Emsworth. Throughout the transaction, we dealt with Stephen Borland who was extremely professional, attentive and sincere. Stephen excellently managed the voyage of the sale through to exchange and completion. He kept me updated and did everything within his power to secure the sale. Right from the first meeting we recognised Steve Borland's enthusiasm to ensure that he found us the right home.
