Andrea and Alanna at the Aberdeen Hazlewood development were absolute stars when I phoned at lunchtime the day before Christmas Eve to arrange reserving a new home. They had everything sorted for me that afternoon, taking me through all the plans and paperwork needed to get the reservation in before the Christmas break. Both were incredibly helpful and friendly and made the start of the process a breeze to get through.

Andrea from the sales team was absolutely fantastic throughout our whole journey. She was incredibly supportive and patient at every stage, and what really stood out was that her support didn’t stop once we had moved in. She went above and beyond by offering us a loan sofa and a few bits and pieces to help us settle in while we were waiting for our own items to be delivered. Her kindness, responsiveness, and genuine care made the entire experience much smoother and more reassuring. We couldn’t have asked for better support.

The whole team are very professional in their approach, specifically through their friendly, polite and helpful attitude. I have been renting with Dandara for 2 years, the renting process was very quick and straight forward. Brendan McGill it's an amazing professional always available and goes the extra mile to help his clients. Last week I went in holidays in Cyprus when at the aeroport I realized I have forgotten my house key at the hotel. A simple call to Brendan, I mange to have my extra key ready when I arrived in jersey at 23h. I couldn't ask for a better service. Thanks for the work you do.

Dandara Lettings has looked after my interests as a landlord now for thirteen years. During that time I have nothing but praise for the letting team, they are there when you or your tenants need them. Their expertise is second to none, be it the vetting of new tenants, taking care of all the paperwork and keeping up with the latest legislation. And a great personal service, I would not have it any other way!

We moved into our new home in Saxon Park Biddenham in Feb 2024 and our journey to get there from when we first visited the development in summer 2023 was supported all the way by Kelly, Jo and Katie. No question was too small or large, always friendly and welcoming, very knowledgeable and excellent for staying in touch and responding. Model of customer service. After we moved in we had similar level of help and support from site managers Andy and Josh. It feels like a partnership and a collaboration that each prospective homeowner is part of and despite the many people and queries and activities they all manage daily, their approach is very personal and caring.
