FacebookJust completed our house purchase with Turner Dooley, there we’re a lot of bumps in the road along the way but dealing with T D was seamless. Jake showed me around the property @ last min, late evening. Then again late evening to show my partner. We agreed a price that the seller accepted and got the ball rolling. I communicated with the seller on several points through Jake and answers were always quick & informative. Jake was great communicating with my mortgage advisor and solicitors to tie everything in together and keep me updated on anything i needed to know along the way On day of completion Jake grabbed the keys the min they were available and met me at the property with some goodies that made the day that little bit extra special. Not that i EVER want to move again… but i would highly recommend Turner Dooley to buy or sell as they do give you that personal touch. Thank you

Our property was beautifully marketed and included clear and bright pictures, multiple social media posts and a walk through video. After listening to their advice on the valuation we achieved full asking price within 1 week. Once the sale had been agreed their communication was excellent and the sale completed a few months later with no issues. FacebookWhat can I say except for it was the best decision I made to instruct Jake and Shaun of Turner Dooley to sell my property.
I originally thought Turner Dooley were agents focused on Ellesmere Port. However, after meeting with Jake at a house viewing in Little Sutton, he asked for an opportunity to value my property, explaining he had worked in my area of Chester, CH3, for many years selling properties for an online agent before setting up Turner Dooley.
I wasn't disappointed; their photography, walk through video and drone footage were fantastic and in my opinion, Jake and Shaun marketed my home better than any of their competitors could have. This paid off and the first weekend, I received three offers!
Not only did they secure me a fabulous cash buyer, the guys understood exactly what house and area I was looking for and two weeks after securing a sale, I had a call from Shaun to say that they had the perfect property to show me. Ten weeks later, we are in our new home, a stones throw from family.
I highly recommend Turner Dooley. Both guys are genuine, knowledgeable and their modern marketing skills are proven to work.
