Awful! Turned up to view the property, couldn't gain access. No one from the company got back about rebooking. Now told the property is under offer so there's no point in viewing it. An absolute joke of customer service. Do not use! H.F.Garratt

Hi Fay,We apologise for your cancelled viewing. This was due to a contractor changing the locks and supplying us with incorrect keys. The house did receive an offer but as we explained on the phone, this is a repossession sale, so you were still able to reschedule the viewing and possibly place an offer yourself. Been complaining about maintenance issues for 3 years, found out that they had not been relaying the issues to the landlord. He has now changed letting agent since finding out about the lack of communication.

Being a first time landlord was a very scary experience but Sonia and Lucy at ReedsRains had everything under control. Within the first week I had numerous viewings and after finding the right tenants for me, keep everything in place. Quick and easy from my end especially with these two in charge of everything.

I enjoyed all the time and help from Reeds Rains staff in Rye in selling my house in Rye. Lovely people who gave me help and advice all the way through both selling and buying. Privately renting a property with several maintenance issues reported on the day of moving in, which is now nearly eight months ago. Not one issue has been resolved even though there is a health and safety risk. Total lack of care, response and communication from both the local and head office.Poor property management.
