What an amazing experience we had with Bennet Samways from the beginning to the end with the marketing of our house. Bennet Samways appealed to us greatly for many reasons, one of the main ones being that they are bespoke and they certainly stood up to their values in every way. Stuart carried out the valuation for us and from the start we were impressed with his professionalism and excellent customer service. Everything was explained to us clearly and Stuart gave us honest and realistic advice on pricing. He made us feel comfortable and was so supportive as the process of putting your home on the market can be very daunting for anyone, (especially in our case as we had lived in our home for over 28 years). Our house was placed on the market and a couple of days later we had an offer and the transaction proceeded smoothly. We would have no hesitation in recommending Stuart and the team at Bennet Samways and will always recall the feeling of being so grateful they were there for us.

We first met with B&S well over a year ago, whilst researching properties in the Ashbourne area A number of the properties we visited were on the market with B&S and so we got to know the team reasonably well, in particular Nick who became our main contact All of Nicks team did at some point help and guide us through the minefield of house buying (& selling, even though our sale was being carried out by a local estate agent) We were relocating from Nottingham to Ashbourne and not knowing the area that well it was refreshing to have a team of people who were prepared to go that extra mile to offer help and reassurances regarding property choices in the area The B&S team are the most courteous, professional and helpful bunch of people you could wish to meet and should we ever decide to move again, they will without doubt be our number one choice However: A note to Nick, unless you also have shares in an undertaker’s business, you may well miss out because our next move will only ever be in a wooden box I’m afraid Well done Bennet & Samways 👍

Having initially gone with another estate agent and having an absolute nightmare we were recommended Bennet Samways to try and help us out. Stuart came out and gave us lots of useful advice, valued our home and discussed what they could do for us. We were incredibly impressed with his professionalism. After this the whole team of Stuart, Nick and Katie were on hand to answer questions and queries. We ended up with a cash offer which Stuart rang us outside their office hours to inform us which we really appreciated! We used their recommended conveyancers who managed to get us in by Christmas in just 11 weeks. On the completion day to help us out they even offered to come out to the house to pick up the keys in preparation to save us time at the end.
