GoogleLuke Parle at Fine & County has been outstanding with helping to sell our house and buy the new home. I have used many estate agents over the years and the amazing service from F&C far exceeded all others. Nothing was too much trouble, Luke was always so supportive and always made himself available to talk through any of my questions or concerns and I trusted him implicitly. I cannot recommend F&C and Luke Parle enough.

GoogleFrom beginning to end of our house purchase, Luke was a relaxed, genuine and helpful presence. We never felt rushed when viewing and he responded quickly to every query we had throughout the process. Our experience, compared with other estate agents, made us realise it makes a difference which estate agent you choose. Luke at F&C was fantastic.

GoogleWhere to start?! We are in our dream home and it would never have happened without Luke's knowledge, professionalism and gentle guidance. Throughout the past four months we have had a bumpy ride both in terms of selling out existing property, and complications around the purchase of our new one. Through it all, Luke has kept a level head, offered us the advice and encouragement we needed and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to head off many problems before they arose. We are genuinely indebted to him, would happily recommend him to others and wish him all the best for the future.

GoogleWe would not live in our unbelievably beautiful dream house now if it wasn't for Luke Parle. It is that simple. It has been a long time in the making and he has been by our side through every up and down for the whole thing. His meticulous planning and strategy paid off a million times over for us. I don't believe there is any estate agent out there that could have enabled this to happen for us, our buyers and our sellers. He does it all with style, a friendly face, endless professionalism and a lot of time for his clients. Couldn't recommend more.

GoogleI thought long and hard about how I should rate and express my experience of having Fine & Country manage the sale of my 15th Century, Grade II Listed, Farm House that had give myself and my family so many wonderful memories during our 22 years of custodianship. I pride myself in being thorough and was confident in my choice of selecting who would be responsible for handling the sale of Old Kingshill Farm. However after a period of 3 months and very little activity it soon became apparent that I had not made the right choice. It was about then that I became aware of Fine & Country and in particular their standard bearer Luke Parle who had introduced Fine & Country to me via several mailings as a possible consideration in handling the sale should I be thinking of appointing a new agency. Lukes approach was both professional and respectful as he understood that I wanted to give the current agent ever opportunity to achieve a sale however, after a further month of little or no activity and an initial survey meeting with Luke, Fine & Country were appointed and passed the mantle of responsibility. It turned out to be the best decision I could have made as Fine and Country delivered on every aspect of their sales memorandum. Fine & Country’s launch process oozed quality from the very start. Luke immediately got a feel for the property and the photo shoot captured the sole of the this historic building which was so carefully and sensitively illustrated in the production of the digital and printed version of the brochure. The brochure, a steady stream of selective publication and local property press provided a robust and focused marketing campaign that generated quality viewings and an eventual sale. In summarising, my experience leads me to believe that the Fine and Country selling and marketing ethos along with its digital architecture is unrivalled and warrant a 5 Star rating. However, for me Luke Parle’s professionalism, engaging manner, awareness and attention to detail at every stage of the selling process has been exemplary and compliments the Fine & Country modus operandi and for this I would award him a Michelin Star.

We were very impressed with Luke from his showing of the property at the first viewing which really sold the house to us, through to the completion. He was supportive to us throughout the transaction and very approachable and personable whilst also being very professional. If we ever sell (which we hope will be a very long way into the future) we would definitely use him as our selling agent and would not hesitate to recommend him
