The Trusted AgentPoor property management
Totally sided towards the landlord, You have to raise a serious complaint to get anything done. Very disappointing but sadly everything is cost orientated rather than service orientated. We were left with raw sewage after the rented property's saniflow system broke down, although a new unit was ordered, the agents told us that we would be required to clean up the sewage.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
Tell us what you need and we'll put you in touch. Rettie and Co hasn't joined The Trusted Agent yet, so we'll pass your enquiry to them or to up to three other top-rated agents near Edinburgh.

The reviewer ticked it on the review form, the agent recorded it, or the review says so. Reviews that do not say are not counted here, so the real number is usually higher.
